NE Homes was founded in 2014 after its director spent years in volume construction watching the same problems repeat: clients who couldn't get a straight answer, rigid plans with no room to move, and builders who went quiet once the contract was signed.

Three builds completed in Old Berwick, a fourth booked, and one currently under contract in Mulgrave. These are NE Homes' active suburbs.
Berwick
Old Berwick sits north of Princess Hwy, where established streets and 1970s and 80s homes on 700sqm+ blocks make this one of Melbourne's strongest knockdown-rebuild markets. Three builds completed here, with a fourth on the books.
Mulgrave
Mulgrave sits on the Monash Freeway corridor, an established residential suburb with growing dual-occupancy demand and one NE Homes build currently under contract.
Extremely happy with our new home. It was a long time coming, having started our build with another builder in January 2022. We were about two thirds through when they collapsed in March 2023. The NE Homes team picked up our job in June 2023 and had us home by Halloween. I'm certain they finished our home a million times better than the original builder ever would have.
